Perfection Equipment Company (Perfection) warrants to the original purchaser the liner to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The installation, workmanship and material of this liner is warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns said product. This warranty may not be transferred under any circumstances. Should any part of said products be found, under normal use during the warranty period, to be defective, PERFECTION will repair or replace said part FOB PERFECTION, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, provided such defective item is returned to the location designated by an authorized PERFECTION representative, charges prepaid, and provided inspection of the original item establishes the claimed defect to the satisfaction of PERFECTION. This warranty shall not apply to a liner upon which repairs or alterations have been made. PERFECTION's liability under this warranty is limited to such repair or replacement subject to the conditions stated, and PERFECTION, shall not, in any event, be held liable for any consequential or contingent damage or for expenses, attorney's fees or delay caused by defective material or workmanship, and no allowance will be made for repairs, replacements or alterations unless made with PERFECTION's written approval. PERFECTION makes NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE and shall not be liable for any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, except those expressly set forth herein. To the extent any provision of this warranty contravenes the law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall be inapplicable in such jurisdiction, and the remainder of the warranty shall not be affected thereby.
